Two people in Russellville were arrested after the man led police to a motel room at the Budget Inn where a meth lab was in plain sight upon opening the door. 30 year old Micheal Davie Timms, Jr and his wife, 23 year old Jessica Rena Timms were charged with manfacturing a controlled substance after a Franklin County deputy saw an apparently intoxicated Timms walking across a parking lot. When the deputy began talking to Timms, he walked the deputy to the door of a motel room where there were meth labs in plain sight. It appeared there had been seven to eleven meth cooks in the room and various ingredients for meth were scattered around the room. The Timms are in teh Franklin County Jail
