A former high school band director is indicted for sexual misconduct

47 year old James “Jim” Tucker, of Summertown, TN, is in jail after being indicted for five counts of sexual misconduct . Tucker, the former band director at Summertown High School, is accused of having sexual contact with a 16 year old girl five times. Tucker was arrested Dec. 2, and charged with sexual misconduct by an authority figure. Investigators said he is accused of statutory rape. Tucker is being held in the Lawrence County, TN, jail without bail.
