25 year old Tiarra Anne Richardson, of Muscle Shoals, and 22 year old Rebecca Annette Holton, of Sheffield, have been arested after a routine traffic stop. According to the initial reports from Sheffield authorities, Richardson was stopped by an officer in the parking lot of a business located on Hatch Boulevard. As the investigation progressed, prescription narcotics were found and Holton's infant child was found to be not properly secured in a seat belt in the back seat. Richardson has been charged with driving while under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, and Holton has also been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
