In the Florence subdivision of Plantation Springs and the Blackberry Trail Golf Course the view has been obscured by several old and out-of use utility poles. Kathy Graham, Plantation Springs Home Owner President says they have asked the city to replace the utility towers with something more eye pleasing. The city must have something there in case of emergnecies and so they will be installing concrete poles beginning next week. The towers will be taken down after the golf season has finished becasue two of the towers are on the golf course. They are hoping to finish the project by the end of the year.
