Interview Used as Testimony for Scott Murder Trial
Christie Michelle Scott's father testified Friday morning that Christie had bruises on her after an interview with Deputy Fire Marshal Jay Edwards. The interview occurred 10 days after the fire that killed her 6-year old son, Mason Scott. Jurors watched a video of the interview that shows Scott screaming and demanding to leave after Edwards accused her of starting the August 16 fire. Scott is charged with capital murder.
