City of Russellville Offers Amnesty Period

The Russellville city council has unanimously approved a month long amnesty period to help residents clear their records. The city has an estimated 1,700 outstanding warrants. Offenses range from traffic tickets to failure to show up in court or pay fines. People living in Russellville will have until 4:00 p.m. on July 31st to pay outstanding warrants before police begin making arrests.
