Authorities Search for Convicted Sex Offender

The search is on for a convicted sex offender in Franklin County. Authorities are looking for 33-year-old Jerry O'dell Kelley, Jr. He's wanted for questioning in a sodomy and sexual abuse case, involving a 10-year-old girl. Kelley was convicted in 1996 of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, which involved a 13-year-old girl. Kelley is a white man, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a "wild child" tattoo on his back and several tattoos on both arms.
