19-year-old Alexandria Paige Hankins has been arrested in connection with a recent rash of residential burglaries. Lawrence County Sheriff Gene Mitchell said she is charged with third-degree burglary and second degree theft of property. Mitchell added that Hankins’ arrest is part of an ongoing investigation into several burglaries that have taken place in the past three months in eastern Lawrence County. The sheriff said that four arrests have been made in connection with the burglaries, adding that Hankins was released from the Lawrence County Jail on bail of $5000.
